We first met Hattie Hayridge at a little Star Wars Convention at Elstree studios and she absolutely made my day.  She is one of the nicest and funniest people we have ever met and she happily posed with our hats at the stall to show how much she liked what we did.  At the time I had not made any Red Dwarf figures, but she inspired me to do so and hers was the first one I made. It was lovely to be able to give it to her the next time we saw her and she was really appreciative.  She is a truly lovely person.
